The event architecture was built around the principle that developers learn by doing — every zone was designed to place Google Cloud tools directly in attendees' hands, supported by structured workshops and expert-led sessions rather than passive presentations.
Execution
Implementing a high-touch, hybrid environment that combined immersive "Agentic AI" demo zones with specialised technical breakout tracks for over 10,000 in-person and virtual attendees.
Real-time skill building through hands-on Gemini SDK workshops and networking hubs that connected local startups with global Google Cloud engineering experts. Silent conference technology enabled multiple concurrent technical tracks without spatial compromise — maximising content density while maintaining attendee comfort.
Partner booths including Quantiphi and other ecosystem leaders gave enterprise and startup attendees direct access to implementation expertise alongside the Google Cloud product teams.
Results
The event successfully engaged over 10,000 developers and industry leaders, sparking a new wave of local innovation through the launch of Gemini 2.5 and "agentic" AI frameworks.
The hybrid format extended the summit's reach significantly beyond the physical venue, delivering Google Cloud's agentic AI message to a national developer audience at scale.
